To give the corrugated boxes their unique characteristics, some key features need to be taken into consideration including design, paper quality and type of flute.

E-flute (Mini) 1.2 mm 380 - 600 gr/m2
B-flute (Fine) 2.4 mm 380 - 630 gr/m2

Double Wall Boxes

Double wall boxes are made out of two facings, two corrugated flutes and an inner liner in between (five layers of paper in total).

The most commonly used board material is the BC-flute, which consists of one B-flute and one C-flute.
Triple Wall Boxes

Used for heavy duty performance. Three layers of flutes.

The triple wall material is classified according to the same system as for double wall boxes; for example BCB.
Slotted Boxes

Very simplistic type of corrugated standard, which fold simply into a four-sided box.

Die-Cut Boxes
