The wooden collar system (Nefab LogPak) is a well-established packaging solution, used worldwide. The collars can be customised with handholes or customer specific printing and provided with 4 or 6 galvanised steel hinges.
The flexible collar system has all the advantages of a modern returnable system. It is a standardised way of transporting goods and damaged collars or lids can be replaced easily. The investment costs are relatively low and under normal conditions the packaging will last for more than 10 years. Furthermore it is a collapsible, strong and reliable design.
Nefab LogPak pallet collars are made of heat-treated softwood and stamped to conform to phytosanitary regulations according to the IPPC. This solution can therefore be shipped worldwide.

Recommended limits in size for the collars (External dimensions in mm):
- min: 600 x 600 x 200
- max: 3600 x 1800 x 400
- heights: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400
The lids can be made of 6, 8 or 12mm WBP-plywood with either two battens or galvanised steel edges, ensuring that the lid will stay in place.
